What type of projects do Lux Design work on?
We manage all sorts of styling projects from concepts for brand new homes to re-design work and the styling/dressing of show apartments/homes. Whether big or small, we're happy to discuss your requirements.
Do Lux Design manage structural work?
We're happy to work alongside contractors but we do not manage construction or structural works.
How long does the process take?
A typical Lux Design project will take up to 14 working days to complete. We will agree timescales and deliverables during the briefing process and these will reflect the size of the work involved. We may be able to work to shorter deadlines if required, however, this would be dependant on client communication such as approvals during the project.
Can I make changes to the brief after instruction?
This is not something we recommend as it may slow down the process. With every project being unique, any amends would need to be raised with your dedicated Interior Stylist as soon as possible.
How do I maintain contact with my Interior Stylist?
We're happy to liaise with you throughout the life of the project and our most popular method of contact is through a Skype call. Alternatively you can email your Interior Stylist with your project ID at any time: firstname.lastname@example.org
I want to return an item
While we can purchase items on your behalf, the product warranties and return policies are set by the original suppliers and any returns or exchanges must take place through the retailer that supplied the item. You would need to organise any return or exchanges with them directly.
I don't like any of my designs, can I get a refund?
We understand it's a personal process and so you will only pay for your project work once the brief and mood board has been approved. After that time there will be no refunds available.
Can I use Lux Design outside of the UK?
We're happy to work with clients all over the world, however, products and on site styling will be subject to additional costs such as travel expenses, delivery and applicable taxes.
