Your project is as important to us as it is to you and our professional team will work closely with you to breathe life in to it. 

So how does it work?

First things first, request your free consultation with one of our professional Interior Stylists who will discuss the various aspects of your project and identify which plan meets your needs. 

Once we have agreed the outline Plan, your Stylist will create a brief. The brief will be in line with your budget and will become the directive to determine deliverables at the end of the process.

On instruction, Lux Design will supply a quote and on receipt of payment will carry out the work (this may include a site survey).

Within 7 working days you will receive your proposal including mood boards and supporting materials.

For Plans 2 and 3, following approval, we will coordinate the order and delivery of the products including any storage necessary.

For Plan 3, we will schedule a ‘Fit Out’ date and will meet on site to style your home.

Photography and Virtual Tours are available as Plan Enhancements and you can either include these at the briefing stage or arrange separately once the project is complete.

For peace of mind, your Interior Stylist will be on hand throughout the process to help with any queries you may have.
